The blow was so strong that the boy fell. Fortunately, there were adults nearby who helped the child up and called an ambulance.
Now the boy is under the supervision of doctors. He has a brain contusion and a subdural hematoma. If there wasn’t a kid in a hat, it’s not known how such a “joke” would end.
