Dorset police are asking for help identifying a man who was found three months ago and still can't tell the cops who he is such a.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was found in Weymouth, Dorset on September 28, 2022.
When they found him, he had long, curly, matted chestnut hair, brown beard, black motorcycle helmet without a visor and black leather jacket. He failed to tell the Dorset police who he was and from where, but the police said that he speaks with an Eastern European accent, and Latvian is considered his native language.
