Both girls and boys, in childhood, can look very unsightly against the background of "ordinary" peers. Overweight, glasses, braces and other standard set of teenager-outsider in most cases becomes a reason for ridicule from classmates. But for "transitional" period, real miracles can occur, and ugly ducklings turn into beautiful swans.
