Some people are capable of cruelty that is simply amazing.

Texas resident, plumber Carlos Carillo was on his way to work with a friend when he saw something unexpected in a ditch near the road.

“At first we didn’t even understand, but then we came closer and saw a dog there, whose mouth and paws were tightly wrapped with tape.”

The paws were also connected with a strong cable. Someone left the dog to die

Carlos and his friend quickly freed the poor creature from its bonds and saw that the animal was generally fine, apart from the stress it had experienced. They took the dog to an animal shelter, where he was happily adopted.

The dog constantly wags his tail, perfectly understanding what happened to him. He is very grateful for the rescue
