The dog that won people's hearts!
79-year-old Mehmet Ilham from Turkey died after a long illness. His entire family mourned the irreparable loss, even his beloved dog, Kesur.
The dog was Mehmet's most faithful companion in the last years of his life, and before his death, their connection grew even stronger. When the man was taken to the hospital, his pet completely refused food.
When Mehmet's coffin was carried to the grave for burial, Kesur walked ahead of everyone present. Throughout the funeral ceremony, the dog sat next to the coffin, lowering its head and not making a sound.
Mehmet's son, Ali, took the dog into his home. One day he noticed that the dog was leaving somewhere and returning only after a few hours. And one day Ali decided to follow Kesur. It turned out that she was going straight to the cemetery.
“The cemetery workers told me that this dog comes running to my father’s grave absolutely every day,” Ali said.
The faithful dog could not cope with the loss of his most beloved owner. Luckily, Ali and all his family members showed Kesur maximum love and affection. We hope that together they will be able to survive this difficult separation.
