A man accidentally noticed an elderly woman lying face down in a puddle after falling. He stopped, approached her, and first checked to make sure she was conscious, then helped her sit up and stand. He then led her away from the water, sat her down in a chair, and went to get a glass of water. It's unknown how long she had been lying in the puddle before he arrived.
