Audi has begun preparations for the debut of the third-generation Q7. Company representatives have released a single teaser image, which shows a portion of the front passenger door and rearview mirror of the SUV. However, Audi has decided not to disclose any further details about the new model.
Around the same time, according to Autoevolution, a portion of a marketing set of photos leaked online, showing the future Q7 in every detail. The car features a front end with two-tiered lighting and a massive, large-mesh radiator grille, similar in style to the current Q3. It also features a muscular profile with wide rear fenders and rear lighting similar to those shown on the camouflaged prototype of the larger Q9.
The interior architecture, by the way, was also no surprise. The Q9 will also feature a virtually identical interior, with three screens on the dashboard, a flat steering wheel, a transmission selector on the steering column, and a wide center console housing a pair of wireless chargers, a volume control knob, and a few other buttons. However, while the future flagship was photographed with separate seats in the second row, the Q7 was shown with a bench seat.
There are no technical details about the new model. Audi hasn't announced the exact date of the Q7's premiere, but it's safe to assume it will take place very soon.
