Tourists stole towels, robes, and a TV remote control from a hotel

Fortunately, the guests (Indian citizens) hadn't traveled far yet, so it was decided to search their luggage. The search may have outraged the tourists, but the results left them quite embarrassed. A multitude of hotel items were found in their bags: towels, robes, rugs, cutlery, a hairdryer, and even a TV remote control.
The management of the Asvara Resort Ubud decided to forgo the police. The thieves were simply robbed of their loot and then sent on their way. Many internet users find this shameful and disgraceful. It's even strange that people who can afford a vacation abroad would stoop to stealing robes and TV remote controls.
