Some of the tallest people Africa

The Dinka people of South Sudan are considered to be among the tallest in Africa. Their population is estimated at 3-4 million, with an average height of 180-190 centimeters. Traditionally, these people lead a nomadic lifestyle, focusing on pastoralism. Scientists attribute their height to their habitat: their slender build helps them adapt to the savannah. Physical activity and long treks, which strengthen the body, as well as a diet rich in milk and meat, also play a role.
