Near Port Aransas, Texas, during spring break, a 22-year-old man climbed onto a roof to twerk while a 24-year-old driver attempted to control an SUV but collided with a Tesla. The dancer was thrown into the air and hospitalized in serious condition, one of the passengers suffered a head injury, and the driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested.
