A "eye" stop has appeared in the Swiss city of Biel, watching passersby.
It was once an ordinary kiosk, but in 2010, the space was handed over to local artists, who use it to create various activities. Sometimes paintings and installations are hung inside, but now the windows have been transformed into eyes that respond to movement.
