A man saved a boy from under the ice, but ended up in trouble himself
A mischievous boy ran out onto a frozen pond and fell into the water. The water wasn't deep, but the small child could easily drown. So, without a second thought, Moon handed his daughter his jacket and rushed to her rescue.
Although he crawled toward the boy very carefully, he too fell into the water. The man recalls nearly passing out from the cold, but he never gave up on the idea that saving the child was the most important thing. Moon managed to pull the boy to the surface.
However, afterward, the rescuer himself needed rescuing, as he was unable to crawl out of the hole. But there were quite a few people in the park, and one of the men strolling offered Moon a helping hand. The hero of this story is very glad he didn't get sick. And although many have called him a hero, he finds it difficult to accept this honorable title. The man declared: he did what most people would do in his place. At least, that's what one would like to believe.
