A 91-year-old Chinese woman reacts violently to TV series

An elderly woman in Dalian is so upset about the characters in her favorite TV series that she yells at the television and slaps the screen.

A video of her emotions is being shared by her granddaughter: in the footage, the grandmother is outraged by the characters' cruelty, threatens to call the police, and defends the aggrieved characters. She is currently watching the dramas "Endless Longing in Separation" and "Lotus Palace."

Because of her grandmother's emotions, one television has already had to be replaced, and the new one was damaged within a few days. The family eventually installed a screen protector. According to her relatives, she is calm and kind in everyday life, and her turbulent "second personality" only emerges when watching TV series. The family decided not to curb her passion, believing that at 91, joy and happiness are the most important things.
