The Tank 300, which has gained popularity, has gradually begun to attract various tuning options, including styling modifications, to make the SUV more prestigious and luxurious. Shana E-Sport, a workshop in Chonburi, Thailand, for example, offers the option of transforming the car into a Brabus-tuned replica of the Geländewagen.
The tuners didn't bother tinkering with complex mechanics: the Tank 300's factory powertrain, consisting of a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine mated to an electric motor, producing a combined output of approximately 350 horsepower, a nine-speed automatic transmission, and an all-wheel drive system, remained unchanged. But everything else...
The standard body kit has been redesigned in the G-Class style. This required the addition of a sporty bumper with large air intakes, distinctive turn signals on the fenders, new headlights, a vented hood with a decorative trim, and massive wheel arch extensions. An LED "chandelier" is now featured on the roof, and the Brabus emblem adorns the grille.
At the rear, a bumper with an integrated diffuser, a roof spoiler, and a hard cover for the spare tire are installed. The look is completed by 22-inch wheels wrapped in "toothy" tires and dual exhaust pipes, which can be routed either under the bumper or under the side skirts.
The Tank 300's Mercedes influences are also evident in the interior, with its dual-screen digital instrument cluster and "turbine" air vents. The designers didn't even have to do anything here.
The creators didn't price the pseudo-helicopter that cheaply. The Tank 300's G63 mimicry will cost approximately 2,500,000 baht.
