An unusual incident occurred in downtown Mexico City. A skydiver, jumping from a light aircraft, landed on an avenue where his canopy became caught in a traffic light.
CCTV footage showed the man suspended above the street. Drivers came to his aid, stopping to free the skydiver and collect his gear. Police confirmed there were no injuries. The man was taken before a civil judge for clarification. After confirming that no damage was caused to city infrastructure, he was released.
