Artist Elizabeth Eaton Rosenthal has earned the nickname "Brooklyn's Green Lady" because green has been her signature color for over 25 years.
She has been working with textiles and prints since 1964. Her portfolio includes collaborations with major brands such as Michael Kors, Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein, American Eagle Outfitters, and Ralph Lauren. Later, Elizabeth founded the design studio SweetPea and transitioned into the art business.
In the 2000s, she decided to stand out completely and radically changed her look – she dyed her hair lime green, dressed entirely in green, and decorated her interior in green tones.
Why this color? According to the artist herself, an evergreen and cheerful person, it brings only happiness and positivity.
