The iconic Flatiron building in New York City has been converted from office space to residential use, now housing 38 residences. Studio Sofield was responsible for the interior design. During the renovation, the building, which previously served as offices, was converted into residential housing while preserving many historic features, including the railings. According to The New York Times, prices for apartments range from $11 million to $50 million.
