Bloggers sent bread into outer space, and then ate it (3 photos)
Tom Scott is a Brit who decided to send garlic bread to the edge of space and then eat it.
He placed the bread on a balloon platform and let it fly free. The balloon burst after two hours due to the atmosphere and vacuum. The dessert tasted strange: icy on the inside, but normal on the outside.
