This is the smallest house in the Canadian metropolis of Toronto (4 photos + 1 video)

The 29-square-meter building was built in 1912 by local carpenter Arthur Weeden, who simply liked the vacant micro-lot between two others. He eventually moved in with his wife.

Inside, there's a tiny kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and the house is valued at $173,000 Canadian—that's what it sold for in 2010.
