CECOT is a prison located in the city of Tecoluca, El Salvador. It is the largest and most secure prison in the world, holding up to 40,000 inmates at a time. Over 600 soldiers guard the perimeter alone, and there is no communication within a 2-kilometer radius. The inmates are the most hardened gang members, and they have no chance of getting out.
