Якщо хочеться суп із рисом — зроби харчо, наприклад. Навіщо знущатися з борщу, який сам по собі чудова страва? Хіба що борщ не вдався — тоді ще можна зрозуміти.

На смак і колір — кожному своє. А я нормальний борщ люблю з рожевою смужкою сметани! До речі, солоно-кислий борщ добре поєднується зі солодким пісочним тістечком.

Та нормально, борщ із рисом — теж варіант. У них рис прісний, тож сильно на смак не впливає. А от кимчі — це річ серйозна. Є в мене знайомий кореєць, пригощав — так у нього перцю менше втричі, а й то потім гаряче було. А тут не зрозумієш, що більше — капуста чи перець.

Думаю, багато хто в дитинстві кришив хліб у суп. А в азіатів замість хліба рис. Тайці, наприклад, свій том-ям так їдять — макують рис у суп ложкою. А кимчі, як на мене, краще їсти окремо, вприкуску. Але це вже справа смаку.
