Raja Jackson, the son of former UFC champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, was arrested in Los Angeles after assaulting wrestler Stuart Smith, known as Psycho Stu, during a KnokX Pro Wrestling event. The arrest came nearly a month after the incident.
The son of UFC legend Quinton Jackson has been arrested for brutally beating an opponent at a professional wrestling event in Los Angeles.
Authorities have set Raja Jackson's bail at $50,000, according to TMZ. His father does not plan to post it.
"I think he should spend some time in prison, doing some community service," Jackson Sr. said.
Raja would also benefit from anger management classes and therapy, he emphasized.
In late August, Raja threw wrestler Syco Stu into the ring after a takedown and struck him several dozen times while he was unconscious. Raja didn't stop until he was pulled away.
The wrestler, who had an altercation with Raja shortly before the event, spent several days in the hospital with multiple injuries, including a fractured upper jaw.

Jackson's participation in the wrestling show was pre-arranged, but the actual attack stemmed from a previous dispute. Before the show, the wrestler hit Raja in the head with a beer can. But all of this was nothing more than a gimmick, and the punch itself was a typical circus stunt. Moreover, upon learning that Jackson wasn't a professional, Smith immediately apologized.

They shook hands, but Jackson, according to eyewitnesses, broadcast his outrage live on air, promising "real" revenge during the fight.
