Girl, who lost 220 kg, showed off her new figure (4 photos + 2 videos)
Tammy Slayton, who managed to lose weight from 700 pounds to 230 pounds, showed off her new figure in a video posted to TikTok.
She lip-syncs and dances to a viral meme about self-esteem while wearing a hot pink T-shirt tucked into blue jeans.
"Forget depression. Forget stress and start counting yourself blessed. You are amazing just the way you are. Don't ever forget that," she captioned the video.
In the video, Tammy added:
"I absolutely love this song and I know I can't dance - I'm just trying to have fun."
Her followers were delighted that Tammy moves so easily. Just a few years ago, she couldn't move without a wheelchair or breathe without an oxygen tank.

Slayton underwent bariatric surgery in 2022, and then, as her weight loss spiraled and her skin began to sag, she underwent a series of skin removal surgeries, sharing each step of her transformation with her followers.
Tammy's weight-loss journey was the focus of The 1000-Lb Sisters, and in April, she shared her biggest accomplishment yet: losing 500 pounds.
"When I was at my heaviest, I was over 700 pounds, and now I'm 230 pounds," she said.
The girl even compared her progress to that of her sister, 37-year-old Amy Slayton, who lost 76 kg.
"Everyone tells me that I look smaller than Amy. It's hard to believe. I can't believe I did it," the blogger does not hide her pride.

After her colossal weight loss, Tammy revealed in June that she finally went under the knife for long-awaited skin removal surgery earlier this year.
"I was just so excited. I worked so hard for this, and then it happened. I'm sure you could tell from my face how shocked I was, and then how excited I was," she said.
Tammy spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where she lost more than 400 pounds through intensive treatment and bariatric surgery.

It was there that she met Caleb Willingham, who would later become her husband. He, too, struggled with his weight.
The couple exchanged vows in a small ceremony attended by about 30 people. Their nurse performed the wedding.
Unfortunately, their marital bliss was short-lived. Caleb died just a few months later at the age of 40, and the cause of death was never made public.
