Judas Priest lead singer Halford took the stage with a Ukrainian flag
The frontman of the British heavy metal band Judas Priest, Rob Galford, took to the stage with a Ukrainian flag. As reported by Censor.NET, the video was published online.
This happened during the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the legendary German rock band Scorpions in the city of Hanover on July 5.
The audience greeted him with loud applause, and later other musicians joined him. They bowed, holding a blue and yellow flag in their hands.
It is known that Galford received an embroidered shirt from Ukrainian fans in 2023. He also posed with the Ukrainian flag and a toy cat, which he named Slavakit.
In December 2022, Halford recorded a video message to fans from Ukraine, in which he said:
"Hello to all heavy metal maniacs from Ukraine! This is your Metal God. Sending you all my love, all my strength, all my energy to each of you. I love you very much. Glory to Ukraine!"
