Two occupiers surrendered to our drone, while Russian invaders tried to kill them at the same time
In the Kupyansk direction, pilots of the Phoenix border unit captured two Russian captors by dropping a bottle of water with a note "Follow the drone" from a drone, and then defended them from an attack by their own drone. This unique operation was described on the Phoenix border unit page, Censor.NET reports.
After a successful night of work on the enemy's position, intelligence reported that two infantrymen were trying to attract attention with a homemade "white flag". It was decided to show humanity.
"They were very happy about the dropped water, they started waving their hands and thanking. It felt like they had been suffering from thirst for more than a day," says the Kamaz pilot who was escorting them.
The operation itself lasted about an hour and a half. "During it, the enemy drone tried to attack the prisoners by dropping water on them and wounding one of them," the border guards say.
Nevertheless, despite the attack by “their own,” the prisoners were delivered to Ukrainian positions.
