Old photographs are a kind of time machine for us, contemporaries.

They preserve not only faces, but also the spirit of the era. Like Krampus in the trenches of the First World War, Picasso in the rays of the Mediterranean sun and a studio worker who became an accidental symbol of everyday life. This selection of 13 photographs, where a whole world is hidden behind each frame. Discover and rethink them anew.
