The International Legion of the GUR has begun production of ground robotic systems
The International Legion of the Main Intelligence Directorate has begun production of ground robotic systems (GRS) called "Legit". As reported by Censor.NET, this was reported by the Legion's press service.
According to intelligence, these systems were developed jointly by operators and engineers of the UAV CYCLONE group in cooperation with engineers of DIU Legion Support.
"We unite the best people to solve the most difficult tasks," the GUR noted.
What is known about the new robotic system?
"Legit" is a compact tracked drone designed to perform both logistics and combat missions. In the logistics version, a trailer is added to the platform, with the help of which ammunition, food or other cargo is transported.
In the strike configuration, the drone is equipped with a combat module with two infantry grenade launchers, which allows it to be used to support assault groups or destroy fortified enemy positions. In addition, it is envisaged to use the Legit as a kamikaze drone. For this purpose, explosives are installed on the body, which detonate when approaching the target.
