At least, that's what his son Patrick thinks.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Patrick talked about his father's new unusual pets on the Literally! With Rob Lowe podcast. He shared that the famous actor is going through a "midlife crisis" surrounded by his pets: a pig named Schnelli, a miniature horse named Whiskey, and a donkey named Lulu.
The son compared Schwarzenegger to Doctor Dolittle, a famous character who understood the language of animals from the book of the same name by English writer Hugh Lofting.
"You've seen that picture of him sitting at the dinner table with a cigar in his mouth, and behind him on the right is a miniature donkey, on the left is a miniature pony, right at his feet is a pig eating, on his lap is a little Chihuahua, and next to the horse is a huge 180-pound Malamute," Patrick said.
He noted that now 77-year-old Schwarzenegger is getting to know the "happier, calmer" side of life. "He has fully embraced this new way of life," Patrick concluded.
