In Brazil, a husband and wife who had lived together for 74 years died on the same day (2 photos + 1 video)

Odileta and Pascual met on the street when they were 15 and 18 years old. They officially registered their relationship on April 15, 1951. They had six children together.





Odileta Panzani de Haro was 92 years old, and her husband Pascual de Haro was 94. They met in their youth: she was 15, he was 18. In 1951, the couple got married, and later they had six children. Odileta looked after the house, while Pascual worked in a fabric store. Over time, the couple created a charity that provided clothing to those in need.



In recent years, Odileta suffered from Alzheimer's disease, and Pascual took care of her. In 2023, he was diagnosed with late-stage bowel cancer. Relatives said that after this, Pascual prayed that he and his wife would leave this world together. And so it happened: on the morning of April 17, Odileta passed away, and Pascual followed her 10 hours later. This happened two days after their 74th wedding anniversary.

The couple's son-in-law Luciano Leal noted that their love story was like a movie plot. He added that the couple always talked about wanting to leave together and that they left behind a large family and a good legacy that will live on forever.
