In the British city of Manchester, locals witnessed a rare atmospheric phenomenon - a dust tornado. According to eyewitnesses, it was up to 30 m high and was spinning in the city center.
According to witnesses, it was about 100 feet high (about 30 meters) and raged along Great Ancoats Street. It caused serious traffic jams in the city and paralyzed public transport for two hours.
