Tourists in a car got stuck between buildings while following directions from a navigator
Following GPS directions led tourists into an unexpected trap. In the Italian city of Bosa, their car got stuck between two old buildings in a narrow alley.
In the historical center of the city of Bosa on the island of Sardinia, tourists got stuck in a narrow alley while trying to drive along an old street designed for horse-drawn carriages.
According to reports, the couple, following the route suggested by the GPS navigator, drove their Toyota Yaris Cross into a narrow alley with a cobbled road and ended up sandwiched between two buildings. Attempts to free themselves only led to the car getting even more scratches on the walls of the houses.
Local residents came to the aid of the vacationers. To free the car, they had to lift its rear end and carefully push it forward. According to eyewitnesses, such incidents happen here every year and have already become a kind of tradition.
