Brabus Tuning Studio Shows Off Project for Rich Residential Complex in Abu Dhabi (11 photos)
The company Brabus, which specializes in tuning premium and luxury cars, has announced its entry into the luxury real estate market. The project of the company's first residential complex called Brabus Island, which will be built in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, has been presented. 
Brabus Island will be located in the prestigious Al Seef area on Al Raha Beach. The total area of the island reaches 100 thousand square meters. It is located a few minutes' drive from Sheikh Zayed International Airport and the center of Abu Dhabi, Dubai is just an hour's drive away.
The four high-rise towers will house 350 luxury apartments with two, three or four rooms and living space ranging from 107 to 456 square meters. There are also 100 villas, including semi-detached and beach villas.
Each apartment can be fully customized using a modular furnishing concept. Three color options are available: Black and Bold, White Bliss and Gray Haven, each offering its own interpretation of the brand's signature style.
Brabus, based in Bottrop, is a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. The company specializes in engine and body tuning, primarily for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
