Wild West: Americans rode horses into a supermarket (3 photos + 1 video)

Four Americans who call themselves "cutthroat cowboys" have been charged with riding horses in a Walmart store in Louisiana.





Police have launched a search for the hooligans after a wild video appeared online showing a group of horseback riders racing past cashiers and stunned shoppers at a Baker's supermarket.

"Hell no," the woman who recorded the performance repeatedly said. "What the hell?"

A Walmart employee laughed and suggested calling the police, saying the four riders would "scare the living daylights out of someone."

Two of the riders — 18-year-old Mason Webb and his juvenile friend — surrendered to police after warrants were issued for their arrest. Also arrested on April 11 were 24-year-old Brandon Bridgewater and 22-year-old Patrick DeRozan, local media reported, citing the Baker Police Department.



In an interview with WBRZ 2, Webb said his posse of "cutthroat cowboys" had no specific goal in mind when they rode into the chain store. They were just "having fun."

"It was fun, and we got famous. That's all," the lawbreaker said.

"We didn't mean to hurt anybody. We ride in Baker a lot, so we decided to stop by the store. And anyway, that horse is my emotional support."

The cowboys are charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.
