A fortune teller and the ex-wife of a well-known IT manager from the Swiss town of Kusnacht met in court to fight for the fate of her husband's multi-million dollar inheritance. The millionaire died unexpectedly at the age of 57 last year, leaving a will, which led to the conflict.
The main twist in this story occurred when a woman from Munich, a fortune teller who predicts fate on tarot cards, presented a will dated 2015, in which she appears as the sole heir to all the property. This document literally turns her into a millionaire. 
However, this arrangement did not suit the former candidate for the title of "Miss Switzerland" Denise Rodriguez, who has a son from this husband. She categorically disagrees with the terms of the will and believes that her child has an indisputable right to the inheritance.
A legal battle unfolded in the district court of Vailen, where each side tried to prove their case. The fortune teller's lawyer talks about the particularly close relationship his client had with the deceased. This seems to be explained by the fact that he kept the will.
Despite the disputes, Denise Rodriguez's 16-year-old son will still receive part of the property, at least half, since he has a legal right to a mandatory share of the inheritance.
