Egypt built a ghost town for $58 billion. NAC (New Administrative Capital) was supposed to relieve overcrowded Cairo and accommodate 5 million residents by 2020, but it turned out that housing prices there are too high. Now the city streets are empty.





The new capital is being created exclusively for the wealthy. Real estate here will cost a lot of money, and ordinary Egyptians are unlikely to be able to move here. This is a city for officials, businessmen and the elite.
