Enraged Evelina Fabianski painted a dark-colored car with bright yellow paint and threw eggs at it.
18-year-old Evelina Fabianski wanted to take revenge on her ex by targeting his car. The girl couldn't even imagine that this car didn't actually belong to her abuser.
Fabianski painted a dark-colored car with bright yellow spray paint and threw eggs at it. There are smiley faces and the word "devil" painted on the car. However, as it turned out, Evelina painted the car of her ex's neighbor.
"Oops, wrong car. Police responded to a vandalism call in Deltona overnight where a young woman had spray painted a car. Officers who responded to the call noticed two females, ages 18 and 16, in the area. One of them had yellow paint on her sweatpants. During questioning, the suspect admitted that she was upset with her ex-boyfriend, so she and her friend decided to spray paint and egg his vehicle. However, the car in question belongs to his neighbor," the report states.
Preliminary estimates are that the damage will cost the owner approximately $5,000.
Fabianski is charged with disorderly conduct, assisting a minor to commit a crime, possession of alcohol under the age of 21, and driving while intoxicated, while her 16-year-old friend is charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams. The 18-year-old suspect was booked into jail on Wednesday, February 26.
