The employees of a Norwegian hotel chain have filmed an advertisement for a holiday in Norway. The video has already managed to captivate Internet users with its disarming simplicity.
The charismatic northerner, armed only with her index finger and inexhaustible optimism, gave the most laconic tour in the history of tourism: “This is a fisherman. This is a boat. You can fish here.” Surprisingly, this approach to presenting a holiday turned out to be incredibly effective, and more than six million people watched the video in 24 hours.
By abandoning pompous speeches and intricate marketing strategies, the Norwegian demonstrated that sometimes it is enough to simply call a spade a spade to achieve maximum effect.
