In Austria, a man fictitiously changed his gender for the sake of a pension (3 photos)
There is no limit to human ingenuity, especially when it comes to money.
In short, a rather comical situation occurred in Austria. One cunning man decided that what is the point of retiring at 65, when it can be done at 60. And how to do it, you ask. It's all very simple.
So, what do we have, according to the country's legislation, women have the advantage of retiring. But what to do if you are already a 60-year-old man?
You just need to change your gender. But it is not absolutely necessary to sew on a bust and lose an old comrade in your pants, it is enough to simply officially declare yourself a woman. And voila, all problems are solved.
Well, that's what he did. He changed his gender in the documents and happily applied for a pension as a woman. At first, everything went well, but then the nasty officials suddenly began to doubt the honesty of the intentions of the newly-minted pensioner.
They conducted an investigation and found out that the "madam" did not take hormones and did not seek surgery. It was all suspicious. They went to court, but they sided with the guy. They said it was his personal business, he had no business looking into her underwear.
But the officials did not agree with this arrangement. And the wheel of litigation began to spin. They have already reached the Supreme and Constitutional Courts. They are still trying to figure out what gender the sly pensioner belongs to.
