Another shocking incident occurred in St. Petersburg: a 31-year-old man who introduced himself as a "member of the SVO" brutally beat his neighbor with a bat because of loud music. The victim, a 27-year-old guy, lost consciousness after the first blow, but this did not stop the aggressor. He continued the beating, shouting threats and declaring his "status". Now the neighbor is in intensive care with an open TBI and a cerebral hemorrhage.
