A "nice family home" that is completely covered in garbage is being sold in Britain (5 photos)
The new owner will receive the property in the same condition as it is shown in the photographs. The authors of the ad understand the problem, but consider the house promising.
The cost of such a house, which has three bedrooms, is estimated at 100 thousand pounds sterling, but the photographs leave much to be desired. The fact is that the rooms are filled with hundreds of old bags filled with rubbish, and old household appliances, clothes and suitcases are scattered in the living room.
In one of the bedrooms there is so much rubbish that it almost covers the window frame. The house has been put up for sale in its current state and without any cleaning, but Rightmove describes the large property as having the potential to become a "nice family home".
"A refurbishment project consisting of a two-storey house sold on a freehold basis and in need of a complete refurbishment. The property is sold as seen and contains a large amount of rubbish," the listing says.
The property has three bedrooms, two gardens, a garage and, most importantly, is in a great location. Once refurbished, the listing claims, it could make a lovely and cosy family home.
Commentators said the new owners will have to charge vendors extra for trash.
