The incident occurred in Philadelphia, USA. According to police, the Dodge Ram ran a red light and crashed into a Chevrolet. The 40-year-old driver of the Chevrolet is in critical condition in the hospital, there were four teenagers in the Dodge, they are currently being searched for. Parked cars were damaged in the accident.
