Left a car service center and immediately caused a fatal accident

Video from Teresina, Brazil. The driver of a Dodge Ram pickup truck left the service station and caused an accident with a Chevrolet car and two motorcycles. Six were injured, one person died. The driver fled the scene of the accident. At the workshop where the pickup truck jumped out, they said that the vehicle did not have brakes.
