On November 1, near the city of Usinsk in the Komi Republic, a 19-year-old driver in a Chevrolet Niva lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a PAZ bus. The culprit of the accident died at the scene, and his 19-year-old passenger was hospitalized in serious condition. Both of them were not wearing seat belts.
