A car exploded on the street in occupied Luhansk.
As reported by Censor.NET, the Internet reports that the chief of staff for the service of troops and security of the military service of military unit 53847 of the 273rd intelligence center, Major Dmitry Pervukha, was eliminated during the explosion.
