In the Netherlands, you can find one of the smallest apartments in the world. The area of the housing is only 6.89 square meters. 
As the owners assume, this is the smallest apartment in the world - it is even smaller than the one in Hong Kong, but at the same time you can live here more or less normally.
The main feature is the modular wall, inside which a table, kitchen and bathroom with a sauna are hidden. The bed is on the second tier, and the toilet is in a small room on the side
