In the morning, Russian troops attacked the Kyiv hydroelectric power station near Vyshgorod. As reported by Censor.NET, this was reported by the Bukvy publication.
"There was no talk of a dam break. It is currently unknown whether there were any casualties or deaths at this facility. It is known that in the Kyiv region, infrastructure facilities were damaged in general and one person was injured, but it was not specified where exactly," the article notes.
