On the morning of July 16, Russian troops once again attacked Kherson. Chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration Alexander Prokudin announced this in a telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, from the very morning the occupiers hit one of the markets in the city. The business center and retail premises were damaged by enemy fire.
Fortunately, there were no casualties among the Kherson residents.
