Woman with the "biggest eyebrows" says they want to take her child away because of her appearance (4 photos)

Sammy-Jo Hailford started using liquid liner to enhance her brows a year ago when she changed her look.





Sammy-Jo Hailford, 29, from Grimsby, has been told she can't be a mother because of her "biggest eyebrows in the UK". She has been subjected to constant ridicule in the street and criticism on social media, but she has no plans to change.

"People say I can't raise a child and are going to call social services because of my thick eyebrows. But that doesn't determine whether I'm a good mother or not," Sammy-Jo, who works full-time, tells us in an exclusive interview.

She started using liquid liner to enhance her brows a year ago when she changed her look.



"I'm not a fan of today's beauty standards. I feel like people only think they're beautiful when they fit the standards, and I just don't agree with that. My eyebrows were normal at first, but over time they got bigger because I like to look different. I even created a hashtag called "The bigger the eyebrows, the bigger the guy." That's how I respond to everyone," the British woman says.

Sammy-Jo's friends convinced her to sign up for TikTok, where she has a large audience. Despite some cruel comments, the woman's appearance attracts the attention of men.

"People say I don't get boyfriends because of my big eyebrows, but that's not true. I get a lot of emails from men telling me I'm beautiful and wanting to date me. Since the first thing they think of is my eyebrows, there must be some kind of fetish," she adds.





Despite the trolling, Sammy-Jo aims to use social media to encourage people to be themselves.

"I haven't had the best life. I've been through a lot of trauma and abuse from people. I think over the last three years I've found myself and through therapy I've realized that I'm worthy of attention, no matter what I look like," Haleford said.
