Muhammad Rashid Naseem began his journey to collecting his own records 13 years ago. Now he is the most titled Pakistani in the Guinness Book of Records: he has 121 achievements.
Famous Pakistani martial artist Muhammad Rashid Naseem broke 169 walnuts with his elbow in 30 seconds, setting his next world record. The corresponding information appeared on the Guinness Book of Records Instagram account.
In the video, the man breaks nuts with incredible speed, which are lying in front of him on wooden tables at the same distance from each other. After breaking the last one, he lets out a loud cry, confirming his new achievement.
Rashid Naseem lives in the city of Karachi and has already made it into the Guinness Book of Records more than 100 times. He set his first record in 2013, when he opened 40 bottles in a minute, removing the lids from them.
Among his records is 247 walnuts, broken in a minute with his head on July 15, 2018. Previously, this record belonged to Indian Naveen Kumar, who broke 217 nuts in November 2017.
In July of this year, Rashid crushed 39 soda cans with his head in just 30 seconds.
He also has the largest number of watermelons crushed with his head in 30 seconds.
According to the information in his Instagram profile, today Muhammad has 121 world records in his arsenal. He became the first Pakistani to hit the KRG 100 times.
To achieve such results, you need to have remarkable physical training. Rashid, as mentioned above, is a martial arts master, the founder of the Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts, who can boast of excellent physical shape and the ability to calculate and concentrate the force of his blows. The academy, which he heads, has set more than 50 world records. Not without his help, of course.
His daughter Fatima is already following in her father's footsteps. She set a new Guinness World Record for the most full-contact elbow strikes in one minute, reaching 242 and becoming the youngest Guinness World Record holder in martial arts
