Watermelon rolls invented in Germany

The most summery berry is, of course, watermelon. It is not only very tasty, but also perfectly refreshing in the heat. Watermelon is good on its own, but in Germany they decided to get creative and came up with watermelon rolls. How are they prepared? First, we cut the watermelon into slices, then wrap feta cheese in them and pour balsamic vinegar over it. It would seem, what is all this for? But... it looks surprisingly appetizing.
